$250,000.

- A State agency to whom State-funded Capital Projects (over
$250,000) are submitted for approval.

- A person or firm that has a contract with the contractor.
- Title 24 Compliance:
- Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations includes
Administrative Regulations, California Building Codes, Electrical
Codes, Mechanical Codes, Plumbing Codes, Energy Codes, Elevator
Safety Construction Codes, Historical Building Codes, and Fire
Codes, among others.
- Unit Price:
- An amount stated in a bid or later agreed upon as a price per
