Bikelanes on Heller Dr. from Empire Grade to McLaughlin Dr. The proposed project would construct Class II bike lanes along approximately 1 mile of Heller Drive, one of three primary campus roads at UC Santa Cruz. The project would also include removal and installation of asphalt-concrete curbs, guard rails and retaining walls, and drainage improvements.
