UC Regents Committee on Grounds and Buildings has approved Design, authorized President to approve HCP & HCP Implementing Agreement, and amended LRDP. UC Regents Finance Committee has approved general terms of License for Construction and Sale, Lot Lease with Homebuyers and other documents related to project financial matters for President to approve. 100% Construction Documents are currently being prepared for the University's final plan check review.
