UC Regents Committee on Grounds and Buildings has approved Design, authorized President to approve HCP & HCP Implementing Agreement, and amended LRDP. UC Regents Finance Committee has approved License agreement terms for Construction and Sale, Lot Lease with Homebuyers and other documents related to project financial matters. Final architectural and structural construction documents have been submitted. Civil engineering, landscape design and other design documents related to the site layout are currently being modified for the first phase of the project. |

- UC Regents Committee on Grounds and Buildings has approved Design, authorized President to approve HCP & HCP Implementing Agreement, and amended LRDP. UC Regents Finance Committee has approved general terms of License for Construction and Sale, Lot Lease with Homebuyers and other documents related to project financial matters for President to approve. 100% Construction Documents are currently being prepared for the University's final plan check review.
