Forty-five single family homes will be constructed as the first phase of a potential eighty-four unit housing development for UCSC faculty and staff. Project will use third-party development method.

UC Regents Committee on Grounds and Buildings has approved Design, authorized President to approve HCP & HCP Implementing Agreement, and amended LRDP.

UC Regents Finance Committee has approved License agreement terms for Construction and Sale, Lot Lease with Homebuyers and other documents related to project financial matters.

Final architectural and structural construction documents have been submitted. Civil engineering, landscape design and other design documents related to the site layout are currently being modified for the first phase of the project.
