Replace all Dorm room and Hallway lighting. Install motion detectors in hallways and wire one light per wind to the emergency circuit. Replace and relocate transformers and distribution panels in all mechanical rooms in seven Cowell college residence halls. New panels and transformers will be moved to the exterior of the building.
