Renovation of the UCSC Physical Education Facility pool. Pool is approximately 12,600 square feet in size. This project includes the removal, replacement and repair of the pool plaster, tile, pool deck, drain, underwater pool lights, pool gutter and piping, etc. as required to renovate the existing swimming pool at the East Field House. Also includes ADA and CBC compliance upgrades to the parking area, entrance path, lobby, 1st floor restrooms, shower and locker area, and pool area of the Field House.
