Anticipated consultant services include programming, planning and design, bidding and construction administration. Current funding is limited to conceptual programming phase services, which will include development of a Detailed Project Program and analysis of upgrade conditions meeting new regulatory and code requirements. Final selection and appointment as consulting design engineer will be contingent upon successful completion of programming services and upon full funding of the project.
